Anderson School District Five is located in the northwestern part of South Carolina, surrounded by beautiful Lake Hartwell.  Anderson County is home to more than 180,000 people who love its warm climate, friendly atmosphere, beautiful setting, and convenient location along I-85.  It is a short drive to Clemson University and two hours to either Atlanta or Charlotte.

Anderson Five is an urban school district, encompassing 112 square miles.  We have 18 traditional brick and mortar schools that serve approximately 12,200 students in one early childhood school, eleven elementary schools, four middle schools, and two high schools.

School psychologists in Anderson School District Five are a part of our Office of Instruction and Continuous Improvement, where we work to empower excellence for everyone.  Our school psychologists are school-based and generally serve two locations.  We offer opportunity for professional development, individual growth, and team collaboration.
